How it works

Obviously, every organisation and industry is different, but I can work around your needs and processes as required. Each project will be different and can range from one day training to a long term ongoing engagement.

This is an example of the engagement process.

1. Initial meeting

This can be in person or over the phone / online meeting. We discuss your issues, goals and vision, and I can work out a plan from here.

2. Initial proposal

I will create a project overview, with interim and long term goals. This may involve a site visit depending on the nature of your organisation.

3. Project review

We review and agree on the proposal together to ensure that visions and plans are aligned

4. Project initiation

I work with you and your colleagues to ensure that project goals are met.
